 Bridgend Cottage, originally Sandyhill's village hall and adjacent cottage. Now converted to a superbly
equipped and comfortable family home. Set as it is, Bridgend Cottage is a literal stones throw from
the golden sands of Sandyhills Bay and an average 3 iron from Colvend Golf
Course!
A pleasant leafy garden lies to the rear of Bridgend Cottage featuring a stone bridge
onto a small island in the middle of the adjoining burn. This is unfenced and
accordingly young children will require supervision.

- From the hall door to the shower and and toilet and through to
- Large lounge with door leading directly onto the lovely garden.

- Master bedroom with large en-suite bathroom comprising of bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin.
- The hall then leads to two further twin bedrooms.
- All the bedrooms are to the front of the property and have views out over Sandyhills Bay.

- The heating and hot water is provided by and Oil fired Combi Boiler and there is an electric fire in the lounge for those winter evenings.
