Galantine pate. A course pork farmhouse pate served with Galloway oatcakes and salad garnish

Deli Hors D’ouevre -  a delicious taste of our charcuterie, fish and cheeses served with crusty French bread

Prawn cocktail. Lovely large prawns with a Marie Rose sauce and salad

Traditional Roast Turkey with stuffing & cranberry sauce

Delicious salmon fillet, oven roasted with a creamy prawn sauce

Fillet of chicken stuffed with brie and wrapped in smoked bacon

Beef in Guinness with pickled walnuts
