Red Kite Lodge sits in an elevated position next to Kingfisher making them ideal for larger parties staying together or for romatic couples who just want to get away from it all Outstanding views from both lower and upper decks across the surrounding countryside and out over the Solway.

Property Layout (Newly refurbished for 2008):
Red Kite Lodge has level access into the entrance hall with a double bedroom to the right and bathroom with corner shower to the left. Glazed door through to the open plan kitchen/ dining area with doors onto the full width deck. carpeted open tread staircase leads up into the lounge which has full width patio doors out onto the upper deck. Property Facilities and Layout:

Both bedrooms have radio alarm clocks and hairdryers.

Bathroom has shaver socket. Dining area has television with freeview and DVD.

Fitted kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, blender, caffittiere, full range of crokery, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans etc.

Lounge has televsion with freeview, DVD and video, board games, well stocked bookcase and a selection of DVd's and videos.

Heating/Hot Water:
Modern Combi gas central heating, all radiators have thermostatic valves.

House Equipment:
Vacuum Cleaner, iron and ironing board, folding clothes airer.

Outside:
Patio furniture for the decks.

All bedding, towels, kitchen towels and cloths. Paper disposables, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets.
