Set at the lower end of the Village and across from the riding stables, Red Squirell Lodge is set well back from the Village access road and with lots of flat parkland around it is ideal for those with young families and the elderley.

Property Layout:
Open plan giving access into the large spacious lounge with the dining area to one side, the open plan kitchen is to the rear. Door from the lounge to the outside gravel/patio area with outside patio furiture.
Door at rear into hallway with access to house bathroom with bath and electric shower over,toiley and hand basin.
Double bedroom with large built in wardrobe.
Twin bedroom with two single beds and third bedroom with bunk beds.

Property Facilities and Equipment:

Master bedroom has radio alarm clock and hairdryer. Bathroom has shaver socket.
Lounge has television with freeview and dvd. Board games and a well stocked bookcase.
Fitted kitchen with electric hob and seperate built under grill and oven. Fridge with ice box, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, caffitiere, full range of crockery, cutlery and glassware, pots and pans.

House Equipment:
Vacuum Cleaner, Iron & ironing Board, Folding clothes airer and BBQ.

Heating/Hot water.

All electric heating controlled in each room. Constant hot water from and immersion heater.

Outside:
Patio furniture for the deck, barbeque for use on the ground below lodge. Parking for 3 cars.
